Minnesota Owner's Engineering and boiler island design engineering for the addition of 135,000 lb/hr biomass boilers at existing District Heating and Power Generation Facilities in the cities of Hibbing and Virginia, Minnesota. Support for environmental permit application included in engineering scope.
