Manufacturing Process Study

Examined and documented manufacturing operations to determine operation improvements. Analyzed production records to determine cycle times, interviewed operators for process improvements, and prepared recommendations for improvement. Following the issuing of the report, particpated with Valleylab planning team to examine benefits to process changes.
