Steve Franklin Promoted to Project Services Manager - Forest Industries

Mr. Franklin holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, is a certified Cost Engineer, and is a Fellow with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACEI). He has over 28 years experience in civil engineering, construction and construction management; acting either as Owner's Representative or part of the Engineering or Construction team; including both home office and on-site support for Pulp and Paper, Environmental, Chemical, Microelectronics, Mining and Food industries.
