Power Plant Control Systems Upgrade Project

Developed overall plant operating philosophy and detailed descriptions for operation of all balance of plant systems for a 58 MW pulverized coal power plant. Performed detailed engineering and design for flame safety, combustion control, and balance of plant instrumentation and control valves. Specified Plant Control System hardware and software, and performed configuration/programming of plant control system. Commissioned Plant Control System and instrumentation and control valves. Performed on-site startup of plant to fully commissioned state.
