Chemical Distribution Center

Engineering design services for the world's largest chemical distribution center. Facility includes 256,000 square foot warehouse; 750,000 gallon tank farm; and a 42,000 square foot office complex.

Some of the materials handled in this facility include corrosive and hydrogen peroxide products. Rail and truck infrastructure was implemented for onsite unloading of railcars and loading of trucks. Lastly, the design included a PLC-based control system for process control and plant inventory management.
