Tom Thramer Rejoins Harris Group Inc.

Mr. Thramer has been involved in all phases of engineering, including project scoping and estimating, conceptual and detail design, project management, construction engineering and plant engineering. In addition, he has worked on the owner's side as a staff engineer and in plant operations.
