Power Process Engineer

Harris Group Inc., a design-engineering firm, currently has an opening in our Denver, CO office for a mid-level chemical or mechanical engineer with experience in the design of gas distribution, treatment and gathering facilities.

Candidates should have, as a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with five (5) plus years experience with power plant design. A professional engineer’s license is a plus.

Successful candidates need to be self-starters with experience in the development of process design including P&ID preparation, equipment sizing and selection, equipment database applications, specification preparation, code/standard review, and vendor drawing review. Demonstrated communication skills are paramount to success in this position.

Heat and material balance simulation, performance test analysis and project field experience are pluses.
