Mechanical/Process Systems Manager

MECHANICAL/PROCESS SYSTEMS MANAGER

The Denver office of Harris Group Inc.’s Energy Business Unit has an opportunity for a Mechanical/Process Systems Manager with a minimum of five (5) years or more of demonstrated experience managing a group of process and mechanical engineers involved in the detailed design of gas and power projects. Specific responsibilities include:

• Prepare/review discipline estimates of deliverables, manhours and schedules.
• Manage group staffing and assignment of responsibilities.
• Development and implementation of group QA/QC procedures.
• Training, development and mentoring of group members.

The successful candidate will have:
• BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well with management, project managers and other discipline managers
• Ability to successfully manage a group of engineers.

Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.
