Harris Group performed an independent engineering review on behalf of Scotia Capital for the refinancing of Fortistar's North Tonawanda cogeneration facility, a 55 MW combined-cycle cogeneration plant consisting of one GE Frame 6 gas turbine generator, one HRSG, one GE steam turbine generator, and related auxiliary equipment.
