Harris Group performed an independent engineering review on behalf of KBC Bank and CoBank for the financing of the Front Range Power Project, an El Paso Corp. and Colorado Springs Utilities joint venture. The project is comprised of two GE Frame 7FA gas turbine generators, two Vogt-NEM fired HRSGs, and an Alstom Power steam turbine generator.
